Return & Refund Policy

At Panchbhoot India, we strive to provide you with the highest quality religious goods and ensure your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@panchbhoot.co.in within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods such as incense or food items
  • Clearance or sale items

Refunds

Process

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  2. Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Timing

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your returned item. The timing of the refund will depend on your payment provider's policies.

It will reflect in your bank within 5-7 days

Non-Refundable Items

Shipping costs and any additional charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at panchbhootindia@gmail.com with details and photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Replacement Time

If your item is approved for replacement, the process will take approximately 4-8 days from the date we receive the defective item. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@panchbhoot.co.in with your request.
